Strong & Starlike Awarded Contract to Manage Multiple Municipality Certification Program

Strong & Starlike Consulting, Inc. has been awarded the contract to manage the Central (CERT) Certification Program and has implemented the program management transition from the City of Saint Paul staff. The Central (CERT) Certification program is the small business certification program governed by the CERT Collaborative consisting of the City of Saint Paul, City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County, and Ramsey County. This is the largest small business certification database in the State of Minnesota certifying small businesses, small minority-owned businesses, small woman-owned businesses, and emerging small businesses.
