Challenge to Opportunity: This project had a 3-month timeline for a project that usually would take 6-9 months. Not only were we able to complete all deliverables within the 3-month timeline, in assessing the project needs we were able to recommend adding additional deliverables  and completing those deliverables  within the 3-month timeline and on budget.
