Building Buy-In and Collaborating for Enterprise-Wide Change

Have you ever been tasked with leading an initiative or program that required multiple divisions, teams, and/or departments within your organization to work together for it to be successful? Did you face hurdles due to internal organizational silos? Breaking down silos, building buy-in, and creating spaces for meaningful collaboration can often be critical to the success of enterprise-wide change. This workshop is intended to provide an overview of some techniques and tools for building buy-in and collaboration as part of cross-departmental initiatives.
