Applies to: Office supplies such as pens, pencils, markers, notebooks, notepads, paper products, and similar non‑electronic items sold by Strong & Starlike Consulting, Inc.
1. General Policy
- We accept returns for most unused office supply items purchased directly from Strong & Starlike Consulting, Inc. within 30 days of the delivery date.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging (including shrink‑wrap, sleeves, labels, and barcodes).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
The following items are generally eligible for return if unused and in original packaging:
- Writing instruments (pens, pencils, markers, highlighters).
- Paper products (notebooks, notepads, sticky notes, printer paper, index cards).
- Basic desk supplies (staplers, tape dispensers, paper clips, binders, folders, file organizers).
The following items are not returnable, except where required by law:
- Items marked “final sale,” “clearance,” or “non‑returnable” on the product page or at checkout.
- Opened ink or toner cartridges.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed notebooks with custom logos or names).
- Items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or excessive wear.
- Items returned without original packaging or labels.
3. Return Window
- You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- After 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
- For orders with multiple shipments, the return window is based on the delivery date of each shipment.
4. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us through this form here with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including the return address and any required authorization number.
- Do not send items back without receiving return authorization, as this may delay or prevent processing.
5. Shipping Your Return
- Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival, or defective), you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
- Items must be packaged securely in a sturdy box or mailer to prevent damage in transit. Items damaged during return shipping may be ineligible for a full refund.
6. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment or as store credit, according to your choice (where available), within 10-15 business days.
- Original shipping fees (including expedited or international shipping) are non‑refundable, except when the return is due to our error or where required by law.
- If the returned items are not in resalable condition (opened, used, damaged, or missing parts), we may:
- Decline the refund and return the items to you at your cost, or
- Issue a partial refund, at our discretion.
7. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for the same item if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange, contact us via the same form above within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a description of the issue.
- If the requested item is out of stock, we may offer:
- A similar item of equal value, or
- A refund or store credit.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via the same form above.
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging and shipping box (if damaged)
- Once your claim is approved, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return label or alternative instructions, and
- Send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before they are packed or shipped.
- To request a cancellation, contact via the same form above immediately with your order number.
- If your order has already shipped, you can start a return once it is delivered, subject to this policy.

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During high‑volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer; any significant delays will be communicated by email.

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, and delivery address.
- From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions; eligibility and terms will be clearly displayed on the website.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States of America.
- We do ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or parcel lockers (update as appropriate).
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for international orders)
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control and may extend delivery times.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
- If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and products and contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement or claim with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
- Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the package, we can reship it to you; additional shipping charges may apply.
