The Department of Administration’s APEX Accelerator  and Office of Equity in Procurement (OEP) will be offering this session so you can learn about registering as a vendor, understanding the SWIFT system, possible certifications, and how to find contract opportunities.  You will also hear about how the State of Minnesota purchases, types of buying methods, what's required of you as a vendor, procurement programs, as well as basic steps to getting started.
